When is the New Planet Fitness in Somers Point, NJ Opening?

As many are thinking about what their New Year's resolution might be, the new Planet Fitness in Somers Point might be giving you the chance at getting a head start.

Many people have been asking when the new gym, which will be located at 214 New Road, in the spot that was previously occupied by Donna’s Hallmark Shop next to the Acme.

According to a quick google search, it appears the new Planet Fitness will be opening on Wednesday, Dec 28th (I would definitely call or try and contact Planet Fitness to make sure this is accurate).

It was announced back in February that the new location would be coming, well it appears that time is finally here!

According to the website, these are the hours, at least to start (this could be changing according to some Planet Fitness social media posts).

Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

There has been a Facebook post that has been advertising "Join Now for only $1 down, $10 a month and pay nothing until the club opens. PLUS, workout at any of our nearby locations from now until opening. Hurry, Deal ends 12/27!"

If the Somers Point location isn't for you, there are seven other South Jersey locations in Atlantic, Cumberland, and lower Ocean counties, including one in Egg Harbor Township, Mays Landing, Hammonton, Rio Grande, Vineland, Millville, and Barnegat that you can choose from.
