After a first-round that saw Howie Roseman wheel and deal his way up to the No. 10 spot, the Eagles now have two picks in tonight's portion of the draft.

Roseman moved one of the team's two, third-round picks, maneuvering up two spots on Thursday night leaving them with pick No. 37 and No. 70 tonight.

The team added a play-making wide receiver, and now can target the defensive side of the ball tonight.

Here are five players to target in round two.

1. Asante Samuel Jr, Florida State | CB

Samuel would likely start right away opposite Darius Slay on the outside after posting some solid numbers during an right game 2020 slate.  Samuel finished the season with 31 total tackles (1.0 for loss), three interceptions, six pass breakups, nine passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

2. Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Notre Dame | LB

We all know the Eagles issues at linebacker the past few season, but adding a player like Owusu-Koramoah would help fix some of them. He is a little on the smaller side at 6-foot-1 and 215 pounds, but did a little bit of everything for the Fighting Irish defense, racking up 56 total tackles (38 solo, 11.5 for loss), 1.5 sacks, one interception, three pass breakups and two quarterback hurries in 11 games during the 2020 season.

3. Trevon Moehrig, TCU | Safety

Moehrig is the best safety in the class and while the team added Anthony Harris in free agency, Rodney McLeod is coming off an ACL injury. At 6-foot-2, 202 pounds he is a very good coverage safety putting up 47 tackles, two for loss, two interceptions and a team-high nine pass breakups.

4. Christian Barmore, Alabama | Defensive Tackle

Considered the top defensive tackle in the class, 6-foot-5 and 310-pounds, he could fit in with Fletcher Cox and Javon Hargrave in the middle of the Eagles defense. His lack of consistency has been a question, but still had an impressive eight sacks in 2020 from the inside tackle position.

5. Tyson Campbell, Georgia | CB

Campbell is a great athlete with 4.3 speed, who was at one time projected to be a first-round pick. He was rated by some as a better prospect than his Georgia teammate Eric Stokes, who went to Jacksonville with the No. 29 pick, after leading them team with five pass breakups adding 29 tackles, 2.5 for loss, and intercepted one pass in 10 games.

Other names to consider

Azeez Ojulari, Georgia | EDGE
Nick Bolton, Missouri | Linebacker
Elijah Moore, Ole Miss | WR
