The Eagles will be without two key pieces on their offense tonight against the 2-10 New York Giants as running back Jordan Howard (shoulder) and wide receiver Nelson Agholor (knee) will not suit up.

With Agholor out, that leaves only Alshon Jeffery, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, and Greg Ward as the healthy wideouts.  Expect to see a bigger role for Ward, who in three games has seven catches for 45 yards.

Defensive end Derek Barnett was listed as questionable on Philadelphia’s final injury report of the week on Saturday with an ankle injury, but he will not play.

With Barnett sidelined, expect to see Josh Sweat, a 2018 fourth-round pick out of Florida State, get the most defensive snaps of his young career.

Linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill will miss game with a concussion. He suffered the injury in Week 12 loss against the Miami Dolphins, he will most likely be replaced by Nate Gerry. He was listed as out Friday

For the Giants, the most notable name out is rookie quarterback Daniel Jones. They also declared RB Wayne Gallman, TE Evan Engram, TE Rhett Ellison, CB Corey Ballentine, OL Chad Slade, and OT Eric Smith inactive.

A win would get Philadelphia to 6-7 tied for first-place in the NFC East with Dallas. Dallas owns the current tie-breaker with Philadelphia based on their head-to-head matchup.  If the Eagles win out, they would capture the NFC East and a first-round, home playoff game.
