On Friday, the Eagles released their final injury report for their Week 3 tilt with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Though wide receiver Alshon Jeffery made his long-awaited return to the practice field on Thursday, the veteran has been ruled out for Sunday, along with fellow wide receiver Jalen Reagor (thumb) and safety Rudy Ford (groin).

Fletcher Cox, who battled an abdominal injury throughout the week, has been listed as questionable. Running back Corey Clement (illness) and right tackle Lane Johnson (ankle) were limited participants earlier this week, but practiced in full the past two days. They are good to go for Sunday.

With Reagor out, the Eagles will have to rely heavily on the embattled J.J. Arcega-Whiteside to fill the void. However, head coach Doug Pederson reaffirmed his confidence in his second-year receiver on Friday.

"I've always been confident in J.J. What I like about J.J. is he's a player that we can use in multiple positions. He knows outside. He knows inside. Smart guy, and someone that we're going to have to lean on a little bit here in these next couple of games."

Still, the receiving corps is light on numbers, so look for the team to elevate Deontay Burnett from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game.
