The NHL announced the Flyers’ Round two Playoff schedule versus the New Jersey Devils, which begins in Philadelphia on Sunday, April 29 at 3:00 p.m. EST (NBC).

Some quick news before the series begins:

  • Nicklas Grossmann was permitted to skate without a no-contact sweater in Thursday's practice and it looks like he will ready to play when round two of the postseason begins.
  • James van Riemsdyk is taking advantage of Philadelphia's current break between rounds after returning to the lineup for Games 5 and 6 from a broken foot and should be ready to go for the entire series.
  • Andrej Meszaros is still waiting to be cleared by doctors to take part in contact drills.
