Former Sixers GM Sam Hinkie Trust’s the Eagles Process

It's the Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Kansas CIty Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.

But how about former Sixers GM and President of basketball operations Sam Hinke, who let us know who he is pulling for. It looks like Hinkie, who stepped down from his role with the Sixers in 2016, is pulling for the Eagles, tweeting "Go Birds."

Hinkie, depending on what side of the "Process" you were on, gained fame or infamy, leading the Sixers organization from 2013-2016. While Hinkie doesn't tweet often, having not tweeted since before Christmas, went out of his way twice to say Go Birds on social media.

He also tweeted "Fly Eagles Fly" back on Oct. 16 after the Eagles defeated the Dallas Cowboys 26-17, showing that he is a real Eagles fan.

If Eagles players "trust the process" they should be able to pick up their second Super Bowl win in five seasons.
