The Hamilton Township Committee has officially taken the wraps off of an ambitious project, currently known as “Trophy Park.”

This is the most comprehensive and ambitious recreation proposal in Atlantic County, New Jersey history. Most likely well beyond this region.

Alan Nau is the principal of “Trophy Park.” This project is a total private development. The anticipated cost is in the range of $220 million.

The Hamilton Township government will assist through the established economic development process.

Earlier this week, at their regular open public meeting, The Committee reviewed an elaborate presentation of a facility … that if it comes to fruition, will be truly transformational.

It will have a 6,000-square-foot stadium, practice and playing fields, substantial parking facilities, team suites, 100,000-square-foot of amusements, a 300,000-square-foot indoor stadium, miniature golf, 25,000 square feet dining hall, and a 50,000-square-foot hotel.
