Is Doug Collins regretting the trade that brought Andrew Bynum to Philadelphia?

Well he never quite said that, but according to Ric Bucher of CSN Bay Area and 95.7 the Game in San Fransisco, Collins is “consumed with tracking boxscores and performances of Moe Harkless.”

Over the weekend, Collins virtually said Bynum's absence ruined this Sixers season and he didn't sound very hopeful that his return would be able to help the team this year.

"I don't think any bells and whistles should be sent off that he's close to playing," said Collins.

Meanwhile, over in Orlando, Harlkless has been tearing it up recently in extended playing time.

Harkless had 19 points to go with nine boards, one assist, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 46 minutes against the Grizzlies on Friday, he scored 20 points in a loss to the Mavericks to go with eight boards, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer on 9-of-15 shooting on Wednesday and 15 points with one steal, one block and one 3-pointer on Tuesday.

At 19 years old, the 6-8 Harkless is looking like he has a bright future and could be one of the reasons Collins isn't having one of his better seasons on the sideline.

Closer to home with the Sixers, we still wait on Bynum.

"Bynum looked like a guy who hadn't played in nine months," coach Collins said.

Maybe in nine months we will finally see what the Sixers received for Harkless.
