New Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz has brought three defensive players from Buffalo that thrived playing in his defense in 2014 - now he might grab another play from his Detroit days.

According to  Mark Eckel of NJ Advance Media's the Eagles have "serious interest" in free agent defensive tackle Nick Fairley, who played with the Rams in 2015, recording just half a sack in his first year with the Rams, but he did defend the run well.

Fairley was drafted by new Schwartz in Detroit, and he would give the defensive line rotation a true 4-3 tackle with Fletcher Cox and Bennie Logan.
