Charles Barkley on Sixers: “They are the Softest, Mentally Weakest Team”

Before the Sixers played in Milwaukee against the Bucks on Thursday night, former Sixers legend Charles Barkley gave his thoughts on the 31-20 Sixers.

Barkley, who picked the Sixers to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals, didn't hold back.

"I think they are the softest, mentally weakest team," Barkley said on the NBA on TNT pregame show. "They are the Cleveland Browns of the NBA."

"They got a lot of talent, and they talk the talk, and that's it. My preseason pick to get to the Finals, they just talk."

This isn't the first time the Sixers have been called soft this week, since getting beaten handily by Boston and Miami, Sixers guard Ben Simmons echoed those same sediments.

“We were soft,” Simmons said about the loss in Miami. "The physicality side of things, we gotta step that up."
