The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Monday that the team has officially signed first-round wideout Jalen Reagor to a rookie contract:

The deal is a reported four-year, $13.3 million contract.

The 5’11”, 197 pound wideout was selected by the Eagles with their first selection in the 2020 NFL Draft, the 21st overall pick.

Reagor's junior year numbers did not jump off the page, catching just 43 passes for 611 receiving yards (6.9 ypr. avg.) and five touchdown receptions during 12 starts at TCU. However, poor quarterback play played a role in those numbers, after combing for 105 catches for 1,637 yards and 17 touchdowns his first two seasons.

The quick wide receiver should be a welcomed addition to the Eagles offense. He is a deep threat, running an explosive 4.47 40=yard dash, and has the ability to win 50-50 jumpballs with his 42-inch vertical, making him an downfield target for Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.
