Getting Brown, Smith, and Johnson back should help the Eagles offense get back on track against a Cleveland defense that blitzes the third-most in the NFL. With Johnson out, replacement Fred Johnson filled in and had a tough outing in the teams' loss in Tampa.

Smith had his 21-day practice window opened this week after missing the first four weeks of the season with an ankle injury suffered in the preseason finale against Minnesota. Overall, Smith caught eight passes for 43 yards on 11 targets this preseason
