Former Cedar Creek Football Star Bo Melton Shines at NFL Combine
Former Cedar Creek star Bo Melton made a name for himself on Thursday at the NFL Combine, running a 4.34 time in the 40-yard dash. Melton is going through the draft process this week at the NFL Combine.
Melton who just finished his senior season at Rutgers, catching 66 passes for 618 yards and three touchdowns on the season, impressed, running the fourth fastest time in Indianapolis.
Melton impressed a few weeks ago at the Senior Bowl and has opened eyes again at the combine, which could make him a solid Day 3 pick in April's NFL Draft.
Draft expert Tony Pauline from Pro Football Network, who has been a frequent guest of The Sports Bash, has listed Melton has one of his standouts at the Combine, citing his forty time, his quick routes and soft hands.
The Mays Landing resident finished with 51 receptions for 766 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior at Cedar Creek, and also added 451 rushing yards and seven scores on the ground.
