As the NBA trade deadline approaches, the Sixers appear to be looking for another piece to add to their puzzle.

Derrick Rose, Robert Covington, Bogdan Bogdanovic and others have been mentioned, but a new intriguing name has surfaced, according to The Ringer's Kevin O'Connor, the Sixers are one of the teams interested in Oklahoma City Thunder forward Danilo Gallinari.

Multiple playoff teams have expressed interest in the Thunder forward, including the Mavericks and Sixers, according to league sources.

Gallinari, 31, is set to be a free-agent this offseason, is averaging 19 points per game and shooting 40 percent from 3-point range this season for the Thunder.

The 6-10 forward would be a great fit for the Sixers, as a stretch-four, who can knock-down three's.  The problem seems to be the match, the Sixers don't really seem to have a great package to present the Thunder, unless a third team got involved.
