The Sixers have added veteran guard De'Anthony Melton in a draft night trade with the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for Danny Green and the No. 23 pick, which ended up being David Roddy from Colorado State.

Melton is a nice pick up for Daryl Morey, after scoring 10.8 points and 1.9 threes (37%) in 22.7 minutes per game off the bench.

His numbers improved when Ja Morant was out, averaging 13.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, three assists, and 2.6 triples in 23.8 minutes per game in 25 games with Morant out of the lineup.

He should be a solid reserve guard behind James Harden and Tyrese Maxey.

As for Green, his Sixers career comes to an end, after suffering a torn ACL and LCL in his left knee in the playoff against the Miami Heat. He has an expiring $10 million contract that made him an attractive trade option, that Memphis jumped on.

Green was a solid corner 3-point shooter during his time in Philadelphia.
