The Philadelphia Sixers went into Boston and handed the Celtics their first home-loss of the season! Joel Embiid absolutely dominated scoring 38 points, grabbing 13 rebounds, six assists, and one block. This game came down to the wire and either team could have won, but the Sixers were consistently falling short in years past so it feels nice to be on the victorious end. Ben Simmons struggled offensively and it's obvious Brad Stevens just knows how to take him out of the game completely on that side of the floor. With that being said, in a hostile environment late in the game, he went two for two from the free throw line to help the squad secure the win. Tobias Harris was aggressive in the second half and Josh Richardson had some good moments. Mike Scott hit five three-pointers and was +17 as Brett Brown put him in the starting lineup since Al Horford was not available to play. The defense by the Sixers picked up in the second half. Kemba scored his points, but they held Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown to a combined eight of 27 from the field.
