Bill Williamson, ESPN.com covering the Chargers served as our Outside View for Week 2 vs. the Chargers. Williamson talked about the huge lead the Chargers let slip away and the national story that is the Philadelphia Eagles. Williamson said the Chargers are used to blowing leads, last season the Chargers had a lot of them including a 4th and 29 converted by the Ravens many fans will remember. Still, Mike McCoy is the coach now but it is the same ending as it's ever been. This week will not be the week that Chip Kelly's offense will be figured out so say Williamson.
