Congratulations to St. Augustine Prep's sophomore swimming sensation Zach Washart who took home last week's 97.3 ESPN High School Athlete of the Week honors.

The high school basketball season is in full swing and there were plenty of key games being played Wednesday night.

Middle Twp has always been one of the top programs in the Cape Atlantic League, but coming off a disappointing 12-14 season Middle Township didn't have a lot of buzz entering this season. After the Panthers 55-31 win in Hammonton over St. Joe's it looks like the Cape might have to starting talking about them.

The 2015 high school basketball season in South Jersey is underway and 97.3 ESPN will be bringing you the best match-ups from around the Cape-Atlantic League and all across South Jersey.

It's back! 97.3 ESPN's High School Athlete of the Week award has returned for 2015. With the fall sports season in the books, we're now looking at a group of winter sport athletes who shine on their respective courts.

Prime Events All Star Saturday will be held at the Ocean City Intermediate School onSaturday with the best seniors from the Cape-Atlantic League facing off in the final two basketball gamesof five that celebrate the past, present and future of the CAL.
