Sports Talk with Brodes: Eagles Battle, But Fall 30-28 to Ravens
The Philadelphia Eagles lose to the Baltimore Ravens by a score of 30-28. Carson Wentz was sacked 6 times and hit way too much throughout the game. That's what happens when your offensive line is not existent. The fact it was this close is insane. A failed 2 point conversion at the end was the difference. Questioning Doug Pederson's play call is very fair considering it was a read option to tie the game....

The Philadelphia Eagles dug themselves a big hole trailing the Baltimore Ravens by as many as 18 points. A failed two-point conversion attempt with less than two minutes to go ended the scoring. Their comeback bid fell short losing to the Ravens 30-28.

The Philadelphia Eagles lose 39-29 to the Steelers. The offense played very well and scored 29 points, enough to win you a game. Travis Fulgham had 152 yards on 10 receptions and a touchdown as Carson Wentz was hitting him all game long. Miles Sanders took a 74-yard run to the house, but the run game struggled besides that specific play. Defensively, Jim Schwartz had a tough night. Big Ben was getting the ball out quickly and there was no adjusting considering the front 4 is Jim's bread and butter.

The Philadelphia Eagles nearly handed the Pittsburgh Steelers their first loss of the season, but a rookie named Chase Claypool ultimately did them in. His four touchdowns were a big part of the 38-29 loss to the Steelers.

For some reason, Jim Schwartz opted to have linebacker Nate Gerry cover Chase Claypool late in the fourth quarter, only to see Claypool sprint past him for a 35-yard TD that essentially clinched the win for the undefeated Steelers
