Eagles’ OC Kellen Moore to Interview for Multiple Head Coaching Jobs
As the Philadelphia Eagles prepare for their Wild Card matchup with the Green Bay Packers, offensive coordinator Kellen Moore is being considered for multiple head coaching vacancies.
On Monday it was reported that the New Orleans Saints have requested an interview with Moore.
On Tuesday Moore's name came up again, Moore's name appeared on a list about the Jacksonville Jaguars' new head coaching vacancy, which was vacated when former Eagles Super Bowl-winning coach Doug Pederson was fired.
Moore is part of a list for the Jacksonville job that includes Todd Monken, Joe Brady, Lian Coen, Ben Johnson, Aaron Glenn, Patrick Graham, and former Jets head coach Robert Saleh, who is the only former NFL head coach on the list.
Moore's offense helped Saquon Barkley have a historic season, leading the NFL with 2,005 rushing yards this season. He spent the 2019-2022 seasons as the Dallas Cowboys play-caller, and one season with the LA Chargers as offensive coordinator before landing in Philadelphia.
Moore spoke about the teams being interested in him during this Tuesday's media availability ahead of the Eagles' game with Green Bay.
“Those things only come to teams that tend to have success, so that’s where the focus is,” Moore stated.
