Since the Sixers got eliminated from the postseason, much of the talk regarding the team has involved Ben Simmons. Daryl Morey continues his pursuit of finding a proper return in exchange for the 25-year-old All-Star. While the focus has revolved around Simmons, recent reports have emerged involving another Sixers' star.

Mitch Lawrence of Mad Dog Sports Radio recently reported that the Sixers have also been shopping Tobias Harris.

The 28-year-old is coming off a near All-Star level season, posting averages of 19.6 PPG, 6.8 RPG, and 3.5 APG (career-high). He also had the most efficient shooting season of his career, falling just short of joining the 50-40-90 club.

Even if the Sixers might be shopping Harris, they should be in no rush to move him. He showed this season that his game still has room to grow and was a reliable second option in the offense behind Joel Embiid. Harris' fit, along with his presence in the locker room, has made him a great third star for the organization.

Due to Harris coming off arguably his best season, it is not surprising calls are being made about him. Morey could just be throwing out feelers to gauge Harris' market.

Potentially moving Harris could be a precursor to other moves Morey has in mind. As we know, the Sixers have been a team reportedly in the mix for free agent Kyle Lowry. Getting off of Harris' contract gives the Sixers more flexibility to work out a signing.

Right now, it feels like the Sixers are unlikely to part ways with Harris. Since his arrival, he has been well-liked by many across the organization. Not to mention Harris continues to see great success playing under head coach Doc Rivers.

Whatever happens with Simmons this offseason could lead to Morey pivoting. With the current asking price for Simmons being so high, a deal does not appear to be close in sight.

Morey is going to explore any and all options to improve the Sixers' roster. If a deal is out there that moves the needle, he is going to make it.
