Thursday afternoon Sixers' star Ben Simmons and Glenn Robinson III met with media via zoom to discuss multiple topics. Mainly, the two would discuss their health and the state of the team heading into the Orlando restart.

Ben Simmons would speak with the media first, where he would double down on what head coach Brett Brown had said yesterday. When asked about the status of his back injury Simmons would also say that he feels that he is at 100%.

He would say that he feels better right now than he did before the season started in October. Simmons also said that he has been able to build more strength during the season's suspension. Having a fully healthy Ben Simmons is big for the Sixers heading into the restart.

A question was brought up about Sixers' guard Shake Milton and Simmons was quick to praise him. When talking about Milton he would go on to say that "his confidence has gone through the roof."

Questions were also brought up Simmons' possible role come playoffs and he spoke a lot on the pick and roll game, mainly diving into being the roll man in those situations. Hearing how open Simmons was to the idea has to beg the question if we see some small changes in the Sixers' offense. With multiple ball-handlers on the roster now, there could be a possibility we see Simmons off the ball in the half-court offense.

Glenn Robinson III started by talking about his health. He would mention that he has been training in private gyms for the last six or seven weeks to get himself ready for Orlando physically.

When asked about his role moving forward, Robinson III said he has had multiple conversations with Brett Brown about what he can do to help this team win. He would also say he has spent his time watching the film on his games in Philadelphia to help prep for the return.

Robinson III then dove into the cohesiveness of the team during the suspension. Saying that Tobias Harris has done a great job keeping them in touch during quarantine and that he talks with his teammates regularly.

When asked about the Sixers' potential heading into the restart, Robinson III would say "the sky is the limit." It feels that the Sixers have fixed their chemistry issues and they are locked in heading into Orlando.
