The last time before Sunday the Eagles went to Minneapolis, they left with the Lombardi Trophy.
On Sunday, they exited U.S. Bank Stadium as a broken, defeated, frustrated team whose Super Bowl aspirations took an enormous hit. They lost 38-20 to alleged weakness Kirk Cousins, who threw four touchdowns in the blowout.
Miscommunication in the secondary, dropped passes, questionable coaching decisions and other breakdowns all led to the Eagles' worst implosion of the season.
